Where we ship, how long it takes, and what it costs. All prints are dispatched from the UK.
UK Delivery
Standard UK
Royal Mail Tracked 48. Arrives within 2 to 4 working days of dispatch.
Express UK
Royal Mail Tracked 24. Arrives within 1 to 2 working days of dispatch.
Free Standard
On UK orders over £50. Uses Royal Mail Tracked 48.
International Delivery
We ship to most countries. Rates and estimated times:

Customs and import duties: For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by your country on arrival. These are not included in the checkout price and are collected by the courier or postal service in your country.
Dispatch time
Every print is checked, signed, and packed by hand. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of the order being placed. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Packaging
Prints travel rolled inside a rigid cardboard tube for the best protection, with the print itself interleaved in acid-free tissue. Smaller prints may be sent flat in a rigid mailer. Either way, we pack them to arrive in perfect condition.
Tracking your order
Every order includes tracking. When we dispatch your parcel, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow its progress.
If your parcel is delayed
If your tracking stops updating or the parcel has not arrived within the estimated window:
- Please wait a further 2 working days for UK orders, or 5 working days for international orders, as couriers occasionally catch up.
- If it still has not arrived, email contact@lhasalife.com with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and either dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, do not discard the packaging. Email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund straight away. Full details are on our Returns and Refunds page.
Delivery to a different address
You can have your order sent to an address that is different from your billing address, including as a gift. There is a separate delivery address field at checkout.
